1.2 Language & Communication

bsa8 provides support in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict between the Bengali and English versions of these Terms, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the bsa8 platform:

  • The user must be at least 21 years of age (for users aged 21 and above only).
  • The user must use the platform voluntarily and in a sound mental state.
  • The user must provide a valid, active mobile number and accurate personal information.
  • Each individual may operate only one account.

2.1 Age Verification

bsa8 may request valid identification to verify a user's age at any time. bsa8 reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if age verification cannot be established.

3 Account Registration & Management

Accurate and complete information must be provided when creating an account on bsa8. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may create and operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

3.3 Updating Information

Please inform bsa8 promptly of any changes to your account information. bsa8 will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules must be followed for financial transactions on the bsa8 platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bsa8 currently supports the following payment methods:

  • bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
  • Nagad — Mobile financial service by Bangladesh Post Office
  • Rocket — Mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required in some cases due to the verification process.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

  • The account must be fully verified before requesting a withdrawal.
  • Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • bsa8 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bsa8 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer is subject to its own terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳34,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 for a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example, for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 (৳1,200 × 25) must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus may only be claimed from one account, one household, or one IP address.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering is complete.
  • bsa8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, bsa8 may investigate the account and cancel the bonus.
  • Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the bsa8 platform are operated under fair play principles. Each game has its own rules and procedures, which should be read carefully before starting.

6.1 Game Results

All game outcomes on bsa8 are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely impartial and automated. No game result is predetermined.

6.2 Technical Issues

In the event of any technical fault or disconnection, bsa8 will review the relevant game logs before making a decision. bsa8 will endeavor to compensate for losses caused by technical faults, though this is not an obligation.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and betting market. Placing bets outside these limits will not be possible, and bsa8 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.4 Sports Betting

A variety of markets are available for betting in bsa8's sports betting section. All bets are settled based on official results. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with bsa8's policy.

7 Security & Data Protection

bsa8 places the highest priority on protecting users' personal and financial information. Our platform is secured with SSL encryption technology.

7.1 Data Collection & Use

bsa8 collects only the information necessary to operate the platform and provide services. In accordance with our privacy policy, user data is never sold to third parties.

7.2 Communication Security

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bsa8 platform:

9 Limitation of Liability

bsa8 provides its services on an "as-is" basis. bsa8 will not accept liability under the following circumstances:

  • Gaming disruptions caused by a user's internet connection issues or device faults.
  • Interruptions to third-party payment providers' (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) services.
  • Service interruptions due to unforeseen technical issues or server maintenance.
  • Losses resulting from a user inadvertently disclosing their account credentials.
  • Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — natural disasters, war, or government directives.

In any circumstance, bsa8's total liability shall be limited to the amount of the user's most recent deposit.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

bsa8 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of the Terms.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Providing false information during the verification process.
  • Bonus abuse or gaining an unfair advantage.
  • Voluntary account closure at the user's request.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any available balance (excluding bonuses) at the time of the request will be withdrawn — provided wagering requirements have been met.
